Setting up your first property

The setup wizard walks you through location, booking feeds, your boiler and heating times.

After you sign up, the setup wizard guides you through everything in order. You can leave and come back — your progress is saved.

1. Location — name your property and set its location (this gives us local weather to preheat accurately).
2. Booking feeds — tick every platform you list on and paste each one's iCal link. See Finding your Airbnb link.
3. Boiler / heating — pick your brand and connect it. See Linking devices.
4. Other devices — add any TRVs, plugs or hubs. If you add smart radiator valves, we switch you to Advanced mode automatically.
5. Heating profile — set your check-in and check-out times and your comfort and away temperatures.
6. Hot water & sockets — if your kit supports them, set hot-water times; sockets simply follow occupancy.
