Simple vs Advanced mode
Choose one temperature for the whole property, or heat rooms individually.
Smart Property runs in one of two modes, and you can switch anytime.
| Simple mode | The whole property is one zone. Best when you have a single thermostat or boiler control. One comfort temperature, one schedule. |

| Advanced mode | Each room or area is its own zone with its own devices and temperatures — ideal when you have smart radiator valves (TRVs) in different rooms. |
Switching modes
Go to Property Details → Heating and use the mode switch. Moving to Advanced lets you add more zones. Moving back to Simple merges everything into one zone — your devices and settings are kept, but the individual room schedules are combined. The console confirms before it does this.
Adding TRVs? Linking radiator valves in different rooms is what Advanced mode is for — the wizard turns it on for you when it sees them.
