How linking devices works

Connect your heating during setup, or anytime from the Links page.

You can link devices two ways:

In the wizard when you first set up — pick your brand and follow the connect steps.
From the Links page anytime — add, edit, reconnect or remove a link.

Connection styles

Different brands connect differently, and the console shows the right steps for each:

Sign in (OAuth)	You're sent to the maker's site to log in and approve — e.g. Honeywell, Hive.
Email + password + code	You enter your account details and a one-time code — e.g. Tado.
Pairing code	You enter a code from the device — e.g. Matter.
