New accounts start with a free trial so you can set everything up and see it working before paying. Your trial end date is shown in the console.

After the trial, you pay per property at the tier you use — Basic (single zone) or Advanced (multi-zone). If you run several properties, each is priced at its own tier and combined into one subscription.
