Adding & removing properties

How prepaid slots work when your portfolio changes mid-term.

You can add another property anytime from the Properties page. Billing adjusts fairly:

• Adding or upgrading mid-term charges only the pro-rata difference for the time remaining.
• Removing or downgrading doesn't refund the current term — but the freed capacity is yours to reuse until renewal, so re-adding later up to what you've paid is free.

At renewal, your subscription resets to match the properties you hold.
