Setting your temperatures & times
Comfort, away temperatures and your check-in / check-out times.
Open Property Details → Heating to set:
| Comfort temperature | How warm it should be while guests are in. |
|---|---|
| Away / setback temperature | The lower temperature held when the property is empty (frost-safe, and quick to warm back up). |
| Check-in / check-out | Guest arrival and departure times — we warm up to be ready for check-in. |
Preheat is automatic. Using local weather, we start early enough to hit comfort by check-in, so you don't set a "start heating" time yourself.
